The “new reality” we faced in Spring 2020 is though. It has been almost a year (!) already from the moment many of us learned the term “lockdown”, and for almost a year we’ve been experiencing all of its limitations - and rare benefits - to its fullest.
It’s funny how we can draw parallels between our behavior after the moment all the COVID-19 restrictions were imposed, and the Kübler-Ross model (aka “five stages of grief” model), commonly referenced in popular culture:
Denial -> Anger -> Bargaining -> Depression -> Acceptance
At this moment, it’s obvious we’re all on the last stage of Acceptance. And that’s a good thing.
Despite all the restrictions are slowly starting to ease🤞, we still have at least half a year of stay-at-home lifestyle ahead. So why not fully embrace it and actually enjoy ourselves?
