  • 200 g pumpkins
  • 70 ml seed oil
  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 30 g almonds
  • 40 g starch
  • Baking soda
  • cinnamon
  • Soy milk
  • Stir

..... and Restore Powder (30 grams) 


Cut 200 grams of pumpkin into pieces and cook in boiling water, then whisk it until you get a puree. Put the pumpkin in a bowl, add 70 ml of seed oil, 80 g of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a tablespoon of soy milk and stir. Add 200 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 30 grams of finely chopped almonds, 40 grams of starch and 30 grams of Restore Powder. After that, mix the dry ingredients well. Add all the ingredients and place them in a pastry bag. Grease and flour the molds of the vegan muffins, fill them 3/4 with the mixture and bake at 180 ° C for 20/25 minutes. Decorate the muffins to taste with melted chocolate.
