Breakfast Green Smoothie Bowl - Recipe

A smoothie bowl is a delicious practical way to consume a large amount of fresh fruits and vegetables, allowing the fast absorption of phytonutrients contained in foods. Here is a tasteful recipe that could brighten your day! 

Ingredients:  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder (optional)
  • 5 big slices of cucumber
  • 1 medium pear
  • 50 g frozen or fresh spinach
  • 50 g frozen or fresh kale
  • Some water

Toppings:

  • Granola or oats
  • Kiwi slices
  • Strawberries
  • Sprouted buckwheat

Recipe Instructions: 

  1. Add all of your ingredients to your blender, add a bit of water and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more water if needed. You can also mix in some of our Restore Mix!
  3. Add your toppings and enjoy your super healthy smoothie bowl.
