Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 medium orange
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of matcha powder (optional)
- 5 big slices of cucumber
- 1 medium pear
- 50 g frozen or fresh spinach
- 50 g frozen or fresh kale
- Some water
Toppings:
- Granola or oats
- Kiwi slices
- Strawberries
- Sprouted buckwheat
