Ingredients
- 200 ml rice milk
- 30 g oat flakes, or oat flour (about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 Apple
- 30 g Pine nuts
- 30 g of Restore Powder (about 3 cooking spoons)
- Cinnamon, to taste
Preparation
Cut the apple into small pieces. Combine apple, Restore Powder, cinnamon and rice milk. Separately, coarsely chop oat flakes and pine nuts and add them to the smoothie.
